The only folks that are sweating...Great post Will. The only folks that are sweating it are the ones that have been gaming the technical instead of community management and leveraging content. That authenticity thing always mattered. Agencies are being penalized for the lack of it now. <br /><br />And the community managers that have been focused on public relations and brand communication aren't sweating it at all.
